Pricing & Payment • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. • Prices are subject to change without notice. • Payment is due at the time of purchase via approved methods (credit card, ACH, etc.). • Sales tax will be applied to Texas residents in accordance with state tax laws. 4. Sales Tax We are required by law to collect sales tax in states where we have nexus (a tax connection), in accordance with both state and federal regulations. Product Compatibility & Installation • It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure part compatibility with their machine. • We are not responsible for incorrect installations or misuse of any part purchased through our store. • We recommend professional installation by certified technicians. 8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, our company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use any product purchased from our site. 9.
